Almost there!! We are past the projected deadline but it’s out of our control. We have to wait on the windows from the manufacturer and the approved porch permit. The total project is scheduled to be complete in two weeks and will be ready for a new owner. Check out all of the interior updates that have been made thus far!
The side walk has been repaired and the concrete slab in the backyard has been resurfaced and looks new. The partial fence running along the rear of the back yard has been removed and preparation is underway to add a wooden gate along the rear of the property. The kitchen cabinets have been removed to be leveled and the stairwell has been refinished with new spindles. Will this project be done on time???? Stay tuned to find out!
The renovation project to the home for sale at 2748 Accomac Street, St. Louis, Missouri 63104 is moving along and a lot of progress has been made.
The front of the home has been painted, the basement floor repaired and the basement walls are getting prepped for painting too. Check out the pictures…
