The land plat is complete and we are making progress. The interior pluming lines have been installed, the framing is complete, the hot water tanks have been installed, and the project is on a roll. The city’s building inspector has to come for another inspection so that this project can be wrapped up.

The ice storm slowed, but didn’t stop, the progress of the renovation project at 2725 Accomac Street, Saint Louis, MO 63104. Work is still underway!
Repair work on the roof is complete. A new exterior steal door has been installed. Also, the crew is installing the new vinyl windows that have arrived.
We’re crossing our fingers in the hope that the sun melts the ice and snow quickly, we want to complete the exterior repairs asap. Keep coming back to the blog for more updates.

The dumpster is going to be completely full before long. Just in case you can’t tell, he pictures are a little blurry due to all of the dust. Also, because the weather has been harsh, due to the snow, the installation has been delayed. We’re hoping Mother Nature will ease up so that repairs can be complete to the outside of the home.
