1810 Council Bluff Drive: How can it still be winter and almost 70 degrees in Atlanta?

What makes winter tolerable in Atlanta is the lovely breaks we get between the dreary cold days. These images were from a day when Atlanta had warm, spring like sunshine and temperatures almost to 70 degrees. The painters were busy with finishing touches on the main level and the basement. The kitchen has drop cloths to protect the appliances. Just look past the drop cloths and there is a great kitchen for the cook in the family. See what is new. The sinks are installed in the hall bathroom and the master bathroom. Today you see the first look at the downstairs owners suite. The bathroom is nearly complete with the tiled shower, the vanity is installed. The laundry room adjacent to the owners suite in the basement is just waiting for the appliances that will come with new owners. Until the next posting, Ciao.

1810 Council Bluff Drive: Winter Wonderland

Atlanta has been transformed into a winter wonderland twice during the holidays. While it has been beautiful, it has slowed things down. The images in the front are after the snow has started to melt from the storm last week. The ice is still treacherous on the front walk and front steps. Work has resumed.
