The renovation is complete now that the new windows have been installed in the front of the home for sale at 2748 Accomac Street, Saint Louis 63104.

The exterior of the property has been painted in a warm honeywind color and the trim in dark brown. The front door has been painted in trademark red and fitted with new hardware. The living room now has a new ceiling fan and light fixture and the den has a new marble window seal. The kitchen cabinets have been treated with new brushed nickle knobs and has a tiled fill in for the stove. The master bath has a new tile floor as well as a new granite counter top, dual under mount sinks and new faucets. The tub in the master bathroom also has new faucets and shower head. Marble window seals have also been installed in the front bedroom. The landscaping has been completed to give the property nice curb appeal. The trees have been trimmed from the roof line, the rotted wood soffit and fascia have been replaced with vinyl to give a nice clean look. The two special order windows have been installed as well as the new light fixtures for the patio area.

The new light fixture has been installed on the front porch. Heading into the dining area the counter-top has been installed on the breakfast bar and painted to match the rest of the interior. The kitchen sports a new light fixture, the tile back splash has been refinished to look brand new again, also the tile counter-top has been installed as well. There’s a new light fixture in the hallway as well.
The master bedroom has been outfitted with a new ceiling fan, the door to the master bath has been hung the plumbing is installed and awaits the new double sink vanity and counter-top. The tub area has been refinished and awaits new fixtures. The front bathroom has a new vanity as well and the tiles around the tub area has also been refinished to look new again. The exterior of the property has been primed and is now ready for paint. The broken window seals on the south side of property have been repaired as well.
The ice and snow storm slowed down progress but we are on the move. The vinyl windows, exterior doors and roof has been installed. The wiring for the electric is near completion and next the walls will be framed. We have to review the architectural plans before we can proceed. Continue to watch for our next update.

Repair work on the roof is complete. A new exterior steal door has been installed. Also, the crew is installing the new vinyl windows that have arrived.
We’re crossing our fingers in the hope that the sun melts the ice and snow quickly, we want to complete the exterior repairs asap. Keep coming back to the blog for more updates.
